• Server logs: Retained for 1 year then deleted or anonymized
• Inquiry emails: Retained for 1 year unless ongoing communication requires longer retention
• Analytics aggregated data: Retained for 1 year
• OAuth refresh tokens (Operator side): Stored in encrypted local Keychain. Revocable via Google security settings.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

• Limited access to operator infrastructure (Mac Mini, private GitHub repo)

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Operator is based in Republic of Korea. Data may be transferred to and processed in:

• South Korea (operator infrastructure)
• United States (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google services)
• Other countries where our service providers operate

We rely on standard contractual clauses and provider compliance certifications (e.g., Privacy Shield successor frameworks) for cross-border transfers.
